Tayler Butler

Tayler enjoys helping people create health and cultivate joy through the utilization of moving well and eating well. Tayler’s passion for Pilates began during a time she was finding her way out of poor health. Through the Pilates Method and by changing a few other things, she found her way back to life and strives to help others do the same. Her favorite thing about Pilates is that not only does it make your body feel great, but it also transforms your mind. After a good Pilates session, you leave feeling energetic, motivated, and happy. Her desire to share this experience with others led her to Streamline’s Comprehensive Teacher Training Program where her love for Pilates grew. She is forever thinking about Pilates in an effort to deepen the connection to her own body and to better communicate this with her clients. Tayler is also a Certified Functional Nutrition Coach and Culinary Nutrition Expert. She inspires others to use whole foods as medicine and believes healthy living should always be fun, delicious, and simple.
